Registration and payment should be done at least 7 days prior to the commencement of the course.
The form is an online application form suitable for all devices. You can fill in your details on your computer, tablets or smartphones.
Alternatively if you have a Quick Reader (QR) on your mobile, snap and the link will commence automatically.
Step 2
Send your application form.
There are four ways you can submit your application form.

Once filled in the details, print out the application form. Sign it and stamp it (if applicable).

Once filled in the details, save the PDF file on your desktop. Attach the application form to an email. Send it to the email address in the footer of the application form.

This method applies for individuals only. We also recommend to call us to confirm your entry once submitted: (+65) 6735 5367. No signature is required for individuals.
Step 3
Receive confirmation.
Within 24-48 hours of receiving your signed application form, we will send you pre-approval confirmation of your seat in our class. The seat will be confirmed upon payment for Individuals and upon invoice/Purchase Order for Government and Corporate.

Payment notes
Payment can be made with a credit card such as Visa or MasterCard on the invoice. We also accept a cheques mailed together with the application form at least 3 working days before commencement. Give us a call for further options or assistance: (+65) 6735 5367.
